Okay...I see that when I go to Wallpaper I have a Default and a Downloaded
choice and that my new wallpapers are there. So to delete I need to
Overwrite after I delete instead of Merge? 

Actually when do I use Overwrite and when do I use Merge?

Last question....Where can I download free ringtones? (And more
wallpapers:)?
