[Bitpim-user] 0.4 Released

Version 0.4 of Bitpim is now available.  Start at bitpim.sf.net.

There is only one change in this version.  It ensures that serial
numbers in the phonebook entries are kept as is when writing
the phonebook.  The net effect is that you will not lose speeddials
or voicedials as happened with 0.3.
