[Bitpim-user] Writing the phonebook

I've just done my first successful writing to the phonebook.  The really 
good news is that there is no need to reboot the phone like the other
sync products do (and the sync protocol is designed to do).

I still have to do the following before I can release 0.30 with this feature
in it:

   - Make editing an entry in the phonebook tab useful.  Several fields are
     now numbers again (like ringtone, group, number type).
   - Make it possible to add an entry
   - Make it possible to remove an entry
