There is noone working on the TM520 code at the moment.

I can make the changes you say, but you need to work with the developer
version of BitPim in order to try them out.

Follow the instructions on http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/developer.html
to check out a version.

Let us know when you have that version working, and we will work
through your changes.
