[Bitpim-devel] DSV now needed

For anyone who has the source code checked out, you
now need python-dsv installed.  It is used for the
import of csv files.

Grab the code from https://sf.net/projects/python-dsv

It should end up as c:\python23\Lib\site-packages\DSV
or /usr/lib/python2.2/site-packages/DSV
