[Bitpim-devel] missing png's?

Each time I run bitpim I get:

You need to make ringer.png
You need to make listview.png
You need to make report.png

They aren't in CVS. Does someone have them lying around not checked in, 
or do they need to be made? I could whip them up in 2 secs... might not 
be very pretty but at least they'll exist :)
