[BitPim-user] Help

To Who it may concern,
I am in need of assistance of pulling out my SMS on my Samsung Rugby II. I
noticed that the serial number I got from the phone company did not match
any of the numbers that were available on your list- SGH-A847. I do need
help with this as I am trying to pull the SMS off for my attorney for a
lawsuit that I am pursuing. I would greatly appreciate some help in this
matter as bitpim is not recognizing any of the com ports (USB ports that I
have and I have tried all of them). I have downloaded the drivers for this
device. I have contacted Samsung and AT&T and the best they could advise me
was to "take screenshots"- it was a little insulting as I was looking for
something a bit more professional- that would show up in a list with the
numbers that I was texting with and the content of the texts that would be
satisfactory for the court system. I have been through the help section
that was provided. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
