Frank, Unfortunately BitPim is an older program and doesn't seem to be supported anymore which is a shame - in my mind at least. This being the case it looks like you may be experiencing compatibility issues with the newer windows. DLLs and such have had changes -some in major ways. Two possibilities............. 1>Compatibility with Win 10 as above 2> Bad uncompression from the zip you probably downloaded or a bad zip (download) itself. It can happen Try to delete all the bitpim files and unzip again and try it. If that fails try downloading the source file again - maybe even from a different source. If all that fails you probably are stuck with a compatibility issue and will have to see if you can round up an old Win XP box somewhere and install Bitpim there.
