[BitPim-user] Is anyone still answering questions/problems?

Greetings,
I have an older Samsung SPH-A620 that I'd like to get the pictures from.  I purchased a USB cable and able to connect to the phone using BitPim, but I do get an exception when trying to sync BitPim to the phone.  However, I am able to view the file system...so it is working to some degree.
Before I post all of the necessary information, I wanted to see if there was anyone still answering questions for BitPim.
