Daniel, Thanks so much for the help! I had to try several different ways of getting the .dll to be recognized. I finally just copied one from another location into the BitPim folder. Then it said it couldn't find msvcp71.dll. So I copied that file as well. That seems to have fixed it. I can at least get the program to start. Now I am going to try it out. Thanks again.
