[BitPim-user] Help- LG-VX1000 Voyager exception error

I have the latest version of software downloaded direct from BitPim. The program recognizes my phone with no problem, I am just trying to "Get Data from Phone". I have downloaded to it twice before. I have tried rebooting my pc, re-downloaded software, turned phone off and on, tried different usb plugs. 
Suggestions?
