More specifically, not an option FOR THAT PHONE.  It could be unable to do this, or the function may be locked by the carrier.

I really don't think they are in bitpim's database yet.  Anything in bitpim's database will display to your screen (the contents, not just the name) and can usually be saved or exported with a right click.

Does this phone have a data card slot?  Sometimes it's easier just to save your photos, etc. to the data card, then pop it out and use an adapter or reader to get them into your computer.
