Hello everybody, i'm new to this list. i'm trying to deal with a samsung SGH-Z240 and even if i'm not a coding guru i would like to share some experiences with you and maybe get some hints from you ^^. I've been able to access the filesystem using the DCMA cable and i managed to find the SMSs in the phone wich are stored in /User/Msg/SMS/RCVD|SENT the messages are stored in standard PDU format and are pretty easy to decode the problem accurs when you have to find the call log, did anyone managed to understand where and how the callog is stored/encoded in this samsung phone? it looks like some sort of DB engine is used to store most of the informations on the phone itself, since i've found a file called: unisql_mmdb.db and some files with the .i0 extension, of wich i couldn't find informations about. Since i'm really looking forward to decode the informations related to call-log if someone is aware of informations helpfull for decoding them, it would be really helpfull :) thnx in advice to anyone who will put some effort in helping me out :) Best regards Francesco (Rampage) |
