Hi to all. I'm trying to manage my LG U8330 (download files from phone to my ASUS F3Ja laptop, for example). I've been trying some other programs with no success. Now I just installed BitPim but still no luck. First of all Ubuntu 8.04 detects it as u8120 and not as u8330 (may be because I installed another firmware version on my LG?!?) lsusb Bus 005 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Bus 002 Device 004: ID 046d:c019 Logitech, Inc. Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1004:1fae LG Electronics, Inc. U8120 3G Cellphone Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 but it shows at least that Ubuntu recognized an LG mobile phone connected to a usb port. "BitPim 1.0.5 - official" doesn't seem to have neither u8120 nor u8330 models in it's "supported phones" list anyway. Any suggestion on how to manage my LG? A log it's reported in the link below: http://pastebin.com/fbac6657 |
