Alright, I've been using bitpim for a while. I used to use BitPim 0.7.35
unofficial, it worked fine for things such as ringtones, backgrounds, and
filesystem (only things I tested). Then the Official version came out, ever
since then, I haven't been able to get it to connect to my phone. I've tried
0.7.36-development as well, and they give me the error:

 

COM4: could not open port(5,'Create File','Access Is Denied')

 

Yes, I'm sure its on com4 (it shows as unavailable when you go to settings
as well, but the B/T software I have won't let me change the ports, and when
I enable serial comm., it gives a little message that it enabled serial
comm. On COM4)

 

Here is a log entry to go with it:
