I don't know in your phone, but in mine the ring tones are just mp3
files that you should be able to transfer them like other files such as
the pictures. Think of the phone as a mass storage device. However in
VERY old phones (sprint samsungs?), the storage of some files is hidden
and cannot be accessed as if they where on a computer disk, but
hopefully that is not your case.
