#14 Alert Editor - completion status bug

When creating a new Alert using the web interface, the completion status does not update correctly when details are selected from the 'Interval Start' section. To reproduce: create a new alert, open the Interval Start section and select 'repeating interval' then pick any of the 3 interval options - although the dropdown lists have pre-selected values the section is still marked as incomplete
