#1 Console color output: Windows

Need to support console color output for Windows.
Need to extend set of keys to have ability of turn on/off colors. Use colors by default.

I decided to use console.h by Jaded Hobo (http://www.codeproject.com/Members/Jaded-Hobo)
from here

for my color printer (CBexConsoleColorPrinter)
but it looks not so graceful, and I feel like reworking it soon.
