#45 missing output file for Intervor wrapper

The Intervor.py test case fails with the latest version of Intervor. The wrapper is missing an output file that intervor doesn't produce any longer:

~/biskit/Biskit/Dock> python Intervor.py
IntervorError: Error accessing intervor output file '/tmp/tmpUb14sf_intervor_SO.txt': IOError(2, 'No such file or directory')

Workaround: None so far.
