#95 Add RTF output (and speed up HTML BRrtf)

At one point some time ago I started to modify the BRrtf
class so that files could be outputted in RTF, HTML and
Text format.

Text is currently the only option that fully works. HTML
output is slow due to the current algorithm for parsing a
BRrtf text field.

Once All three work properly then a new FR will need to
be raised to allow characters to specify what output
they want their turns in. And Email will need to be
modified to attach the files rather than just sending
them as inline text.
