#94 Link BRRtf output styles to the screen when displayed

Currently when BRrtf fields are displayed in the main
textfield in the BirMail program, they undergo only minor
text modifications.

Each item should be displayed using the appropriate
colours and formats as described in the BRrtf class.
Also all BRrtf editors should have the option for a toolbar
to be displayed alowing text formats to be changed
appropriately (the toolbar already exists I believe even
though it is in early stages of development).

Another example of this is the description in the enter
action window.
