#83 Add the new BR D20 System

With the new BR D20 rules soon to be released at
Birthright.net, we need to look at them and try and work
out if it is possible to modify the program to use them.

This is likely to be a massive change to the program,
preferably keeping 2nd ed functionality still available
probably as a DM option.

With the number of people asking for 3rd Ed BR this is
high priority for getting more people to use BirMail,
however low priority compared to le_br who are using
2nd ed rules.

For the moment we're concentrating on the BirWeb
functions and this will probably be the next major
project.

well, anythink new in here, I was thinking on using my Laptop
for board Birthright campaign, not PBEM, for help,
d20 would help immensely.
at least the taxation for now!

The problem with this is that it is a massive task to change
everything to the new D20 system. It will get done as soon
as we can, however at the moment we're trying to complete
the turn automation first (the current big project). Once
that is done we'll move to the D20 system.

It might be possible to do the tax system early, although we'll
have to look at that in a bit more detail to see how simple it
will be.

I think we can wait to begin worrying about the 3ED rules
until the playtest of BRCS is finished. We still have time for
breathing room.
