#121 Show unpaid units on reports

It has come to my attention this:

turn 1: Program notifies that some units are unpaid
turn 2: Program DOES NOT list those unpaid units. It
does not even list them as unpaid. So the player, might
forget about them and he is NOT notified by the
program that they exist
turn 3: Program informs the player that the units
disbanded

I have reports to show if you need them :)

Please fix this, cos it has already caused 2 problems... :)
