#106 Diplomacy - Create Diplomatic Relationship

When a Diplomatic Relationship is created, the new
relation doesn't appear in the turn report (under the
relation ship section). It appears only once in the action
report section. Therefore one cannot know if he is still
the Official Guild (Court Mage, State Religion) of a ruler
by reading his turn report. Moreover at the moment
relation need to be deleted from the database and the
affected player will not know he have been dismissed. It
would be nice to have the relationship writen in the turn
report. And maybe add an action : Diplomacy - Undo
Diplomatic Relationship, that will remove a relationship
and add a line in the turn report.
