* Added XSLT 2.0 test sheet to translate from BioMOBY to BioWSR.

* WSRlogin.rb, small changes.
* rdfsql.sql, modification of boolean values, when STATUSTYPES is created. The reason was
because I has some problems on this data type.
Default value for 'status' column.
* wsrmodule.rb, delete auth_tokens parameter because it is validated before.
* wscore.rb, I did several changes that are labeled as JMRC changes.
* printhttp.rb, small changes.
* WSRendpoint.rb, small changes.

* Change the name of new package of cgi.
* Fix the attributes of wsrcore package.
* Improve the vars of WSRendpoint and WSRlogin.

* Some uncommitted changes from March, which should finish the development on WSRCore.

* Added redland-describe.rb, which does not work because Redland
has a very poor implementation of 'DESCRIBE' SPARQL reserved word.
* wsrcore.rb is almost finished. It has suffered lots of changes.
IT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL YET, BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED!!!!!!

* This sample code now takes two parameter: the input RDF, and optionally the serviceId,
which is used to store the RDF triples from each service in different contexts. When
the serviceId is not provided, the program returns the results from a global query
over all the graphs/contexts. When the serviceId is provided, the program returns
only the data from the matched graph, and it later removes its context in order to
show selective deletion.

* redland-contexts.rb shows how to put sets of triples in an specific context (concept from Redland).
This sample code is still unfinished, because it should also include a demonstration about removing
all the triples from a context.

* Added the chance to fetch the service status using SPARQL.

* Add 'LOG_RDF_ALIAS' constant
