BioWSR Code

* redland-query.rb shows how to shred one RDF document into
several ones, store each one in a in-memory RDF database
and then query them using SPARQL.
* example-redirectHead.rb shows how to follow the redirection
status from the answers to HEAD requests.

* General documents that describe the system of BioWSR:
- GeneralizedRegistryURIs, describes the API and the format of the URIs and URNs understood by BioWSR, the generalized INB registry.
- INB_Document_Registry_WS_draft, describes how to retrieve the description of global web services created by INB.

* The extended RDF document that describes the INB services, has been processed using OWL ontology language.
* sampleAugmentedRDF.rdf, sample of service instance of augmented description of INB service.

* Minor changes on RDF/SQL database schema.
* Added more functionality to wsrcore (still untested).
Last bits related to service updates must be added before
we link the core to the web service registry layer.

* Deleting stupid lines

* Due problems with redland library, 'SeviceModule0 package has been commented
temporarily within WSRendpoint.rb
* Due a conflicts with package file, 'cgi.rb' has been renamed to 'mycgi.rb'
* Added redirect option within printhttp.rb

* Added support for multiples URIs which are pointing to the same resource,
so the services are tracked even when the physical RDF is moved.

* Still not functional code, but at least another step.
- addURL and updateURL logic is in place.

* SQL schema has been (almost) finished, so it has the needed tables.
* WSRCore initialization bits have been introduced (creating the schema, writing metadata, and so...).

* Metadata directory has been moved inside lib directory.
