BioWSR Code

* SQL schema has been (almost) finished, so it has the needed tables.
* WSRCore initialization bits have been introduced (creating the schema, writing metadata, and so...).

* Metadata directory has been moved inside lib directory.

* SQL schema has been updated and improved.

* Fetch and validate functionality has been expanded and moved to an internal function
which is going to be reused on insertion, updates and so.

* Added test directory, composed by small tests related to libraries
used in BioWSR.
* Added wsrcore, the seed of the full system. Validation should work.
* Some code in ServicesModule has migrated to wsrcore.

* Embedded testing program has been uncommented.

* Some pending changes about shared and specific configuration tokens.

* Code reorganization.

* Added lib, where most of libraries are going to live.

* Now dynamic loading of modules is enabled. And it works!
