* Exception raised in WSRModule now is explicitly a Exception object.
* WPAuth objects can be created either using an input filename
or an input hash.
* WSRendpoint has been refactored, so it dynamically loads most of
the constants it uses from a configuration file.
* WSRendpoint had been refactored, so it dynamically instantiates
the classes to be handled.

* WSRendpoint.rb CGI file of Web Service Registry of INB
* cgi.rb Extension of cgi class. This extension tries to override a method from
a module inside CGI so it is able to give us the untouched POST message
* WSRlogin.rb CGI file that retrieves toke id from a valid user of INB. This user is
authenticate from WordPress database of INB.
* printhttp.rb Stupid file to print HTTP output
* WPAuth.rb I shoulded to comment last lines of file because I had some problems to use to.
