#182 Build does not fail is any of the required modules fails to build

If you are building the dashboard and one of the modules (e.g. in my case, datamatrix) does not properly build, then the dashboard build still succeeds. This is not the expected behavior because if you are working on a module and it fails to build, you'd like to know about it and know why. We should alter the build system to address this.
