Relief

Files loaded under the relief list define the height of the 3d terrain. ECW, JPEG2000 and Tiff raster files in WGS84 can be loaded directly. Other common raster formats and projections can be converted and used by the [Import Wizard].

Specific layer options are:

• an altitude scale to increase height differences
• an animation can be activated with [Layer Animation], the animation result can be used as a transparent overlay
• for such overlays, color mapping can be enabled and adjusted with [Configure Color Map] to color the absolute or relative height of the overlay
