This release contains some significant improvements from other contributors, most notable
tools for NIRS analysis by Guenther Bauernfeind (biosig/t320), and the missing information about automated
identification of Neuroscan's 32bit was provided by Clemens Brunner (My previous rant against
Neuroscan is void).
The release procedure has changed, this might result in
(i) some minor differences on where to find some files.
(ii) biosig4c++/libbiosig are only released in the source version, and does not contain Windows
binaries (unlike in previous versions).
The binary release for Win32 and Win64 is well on the way, but the packaging is not done yet. Basically, the
binaries will be organized in such a way, the the various applications are easier to identify - this will take a few more day.
