biosig4python is not maintained anymore, it is replaced by the python
bindings in biosig4c++/libbiosig. As prerequisites you need swig, python
(of course), numpy, suitesparse.
On debian/ubuntu just do
sudo apt-get install swig python suitesparse zlib-dev
Then compile it with
