#3 atomSeq should specify the primary sequence directly

The atomSeq element should specify the primary
sequence directly, e.g. beneath the terStruct element
or as an attribute, for two reasons:

1. The terStruct block can be used a consistent part.
2. for the resolution of the atom sequence a
different primary sequence may be used
