#1 chainIndex should support any single letter character

The definition of proml:chainIndex is [a-z] and
should describe any chain found in any Pdb file. In
fact the chain names in Pdb have a much wider range:
[a-z|A-Z|0-9| |-|+|:|,|; etc ] actually the appropriate
value should be: <xs:pattern value="."/>
