BioSap / News: Recent posts

The first beta release of BioSap has been released onto sourceforge. It is working well in our hands, designing oligo's for halobacterium, hemophilus, and yeast. Pretty soon we are going after orf on human chromosomes. The oligos are being tested using our inkjet microarray printer. So far we have gotten good results with the TCell receptor variants and yeast bar codes. Pretty neet.
