How can I use the examples in the BiopsyToolbox

This HowTo describes how to start the examples if the BiopsyToolbox in detail. If you're more advanced using MATLAB you might leave out a few steps or simply start programming ;) After downloading the BiopsyToolbox you have a zip file on our computer. This file contains the BiopsyToolbox itself and a few first steps examples. These examples are useful to get a first impression of the BiopsyToolbox and to learn how to use it. To get access to the files unzip the files using your favorite zip program.

  • After successfully unzipping the folder structure should look like this:

  • The examples are stored in the folder examples

  • Let's assume you want to start the first example "veryBasic".

  • Start MATLAB and wait until it's loaded. After that change the currect directory in MATLAB to the folder of the example "very basic"

  • To start the example type verybasic into the command Window in MATLAB and enjoy.
