#9 pipeline NEXUS output with non-numerics in wtset vector

There are alphabetical characters in some of the wtset vectors coming
from Nick. Chengzhi noticed this by accident and mentioned it in an
email 25 August, 2004.

Nick traces the problem to behavior of clustalw and tcoffee. He says
that this only occurs in the first 60 columns of the alignment. As
of Nick's email of 13 October, this is still unresolved:

"Work on the list of program modifications is going well - the major problem
is getting clustalw / t-coffee to process the first line of FASTA files.
This will necessitate a re-calculation of the CORE scores and Baysian trees.
Priority is being given to completing the CORE scores. The CORE score data
in your hands is good - it just lacks data for the first 60 columns of the
alignment."
