#5 psresize fails with nexplot-generated PostScript

plottree.pl (now nexplot.pl) - psresize does not work with any
plottree-generated PS files. Any time we psresize a plottre-generated PS file, we get
a blank page. We need to fix this. This is probably because in some way,
the file doesn't follow DSC rules (see bug 1703807 for details).
