"interleave" token in CharactersBlock->{Format} not removed for non-interleaved output

We read in interleaved matrices (alignments) and write then out as non-interleaved, but we're leaving in the "interleaved" formatting token when we write out the new file. This should not corrupt the new file (whereas not including "interleaved" when the data are would corrupt the file); all the same, it's inaccurate.
