#29 Select and Exclude column functions may corrupt assumptions

If a Characters Block has an accompanying assumptions block, and columns are removed from the Characters Block, they should also be removed from the assumptions block so that the columns still align. There is no link, however, going from the characters blocks to assumptions blocks; links only go the other direction.
