BAYESIAN MODEL FOR INFERENCE OF METABOLIC DIVERGENCE AMONG MICROBIAL COMMUNITIES
INSTALLATION
The model is implemented as an R package. Installing this R package needs C++ Boost libraries. It also needs the Rcpp package in R to be installed.
For installing the BiomeNet package, download the BiomeNet.zip file and unzip it. The folder contains a file called User_guide. This file gives instructions on installing BiomeNet, preparing files to run in BiomeNet, and running BiomeNet. In addition example data files are included.
