#13 Fix file names

[StrPt]

You should not use "(", " ", ")" for file names. There are problems for creating package.
Fix:
mv -f "src/changelog (old)" "src/changelog_old"
mv -f "Biogenesis Color Mod README.txt" Biogenesis_Color_Mod_README.txt
mv -f "Biogenesis Feature Mod README.txt" Biogenesis_Feature_Mod_README.txt
