This release is a only small bugfix release. A wrong type for the SequenceML AminoAcid sequence type is replaced by the correct biotype type.

This version is mainly a bugfix release repairing problems with SequenceML and FASTA export.
In addition to this, there are two new XSLT based input filters for INSDseq and TinySeq input.

Version 1.2 of the BioDOM library is mainly a stability release, adding only very few new features, but having several important internal improvements. We recommend all users to switch to this version!

Today, a new version of the BioDOM conversion library was released. Version 1.1 of the BioDOM library is a substantial rewrite, aimed at improved stability, code size & style and speed, while at the same time adding some interesting new functionality.
