Just to let you know.  As promised, I wrote a little program to
traverse the file structure and create the TODO.htm file in each
diretory.  It has a brief explanation with  a table of the files to be
converted/ported.  I have commited these files to the CVS, so you should
be able to use CVS update to get them on your local computer.  I hope
this helps with the organization aspect.
