[Biocpp-user] Query regarding BioC++

Dear Sir,

This is Swati Adlakha, persuing masters in Bioinformatics from INDIA. I
tried to use BioC++.h file for reading PDB file so as to get the
coordinates of the residues of that protein. But unfortunately, some of
the header files are not working like of stream, vector etc and it is
showing error when I am trying to compile a simple CPP program given in
BioC++.h file itself. Can you please help me out?
