Summary: Include whether a query type is pageable in its definition
Initial Comment:
Need to add something like <http://bio2rdf.org/ns/query:isPageable> to the definition of query types so that users can know whether they are going to be able to page through results usefully using information from /queryplan/ without any manual intervention to let them know what queries are pageable, or the current method that limits HTML interface paging to simple ns:id resources
