Summary: Make up primaryreverseconstruct and secondaryreverseconstruc
Initial Comment:
There needs to be a way to allow the use of reverseconstruct for some namespaces but not others, and it would be most appropriately done by making up two types of reverseconstruct, one for where configuration editors know a namespace is unrdfised and they want to include the source to get some information back, and another where configuration editors know that a namespace is rdfised, and there is a usecase for some users not wanting to know about the extra information in typical /namespace:identifier being able to easily exclude "secondaryreverseconstruct" from their list of allowed query types in order to stop the queries occuring and boost the performance of their endpoint with relationship to resolution of /namespace:identifier
