Initial Comment:

it appears to me that go:0005488 has no parents...but a lot of GO categories have 5488 as a parent...and my text version of GO has GO:0003674 (molecular_function) as a (actually, the only) is_a parent to 5488.

it could be that some RDFizer misses 5488 cuz 3674 is more or less the root of the molecular function tree....

...but then I'm a brand new user, so it's probably just me.
