it appears to me that go:0005488 has no parents...but a lot of GO categories have 5488 as a parent...and my text version of GO has GO:0003674 (molecular_function) as a (actually, the only) is_a parent to 5488.
it could be that some RDFizer misses 5488 cuz 3674 is more or less the root of the molecular function tree....
...but then I'm a brand new user, so it's probably just me.

the document you get from both http://qut.bio2rdf.org/go:0005488 and
http://quebec.bio2rdf.org/go:0005488
There are two different servers that resolve information for
http://bio2rdf.org/, but they both have that statement in this case.
Apologies in advance for any confusion that is caused by the two servers
having different software installed on them. I am doing my PhD in
resolution of queries, and the other server administrators choose not to
use my software because they see it as being too slow... If in doubt, you
will get more information if you change http://bio2rdf.org/ to
http://qut.bio2rdf.org/
Also, some of the databases are being restarted this weekend so there may
be downtime for the next few days.
