#55 Support R2R templates

Should be able to have some minimal support for R2R templates that are generally compatible with SPARQL, although in some cases there are variables that include non-standard syntax such as ?'variable'^^xsd:string and ?<uri> etc, where it shouldn't be necessary using SPARQL 1.1 anyway
